Kipkoech Tanui attended Kampala International University in Uganda, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons). He attended the Kenya School of Law for his Postgraduate Diploma in Law and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 2014.

Tanui has extensive experience in Civil Litigation, Judicial Review Application, Commercial Law, Constitutional Litigation, Employment/Labour Law, Legal and Policy Research.

He gained this extensive experience from working in some of the most prestigious law firms in Kenya which include Nderitu & Partners Advocates, Manyonge Wanyama & Associates Advocates Ngatia & Associates Advocates and Mwenda & Tanui Advocates.

He has practiced before various legal tribunals as well as the Subordinate court, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Kenya.


Ms. Harriett Kosgei

Harriett Kosgei holds a 2nd Class Upper Division Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Kampala International University in Uganda. She attended the Kenya School of Law for her Postgraduate Diploma in Law and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 2015.

Ms. Kosgei has extensive experience in Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Banking and Finance Law, Employment/Labour Law, Debt Recovery and Insurance Law.

She has gained this extensive experience from working in some of the busiest law firms in Kenya which include S.M Keyonzo Advocates, Kairu & McCourt Advocates and Nyangito & Associates Advocates. Immediately before and after her admission to the Bar, Ms. Kosgei gained extensive knowledge and experience in corporate services when she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Kenya in the Tax and Legal services Line of service.

She has practiced before various legal tribunals as well as the Subordinate court, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Kenya.


Ms. Beatrice Wambui Maina

Ms. Beatrice Wambui Maina holds a 2nd Class Upper Division Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Moi University. She attended the Kenya School of Law for her Postgraduate Diploma in Law and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates in 2015.

Ms. Wambui has extensive experience in Civil Litigation, Family Law & Succession, Commercial Law, Banking and Finance Law, Employment/Labour Law, Debt Recovery and Insurance Law.

She has gained this extensive experience from working in some of the busiest law firms in Kenya which include Mwenda & Tanui Advocates and Tuya & Associates Advocates.

She has practiced before various legal tribunals as well as the Subordinate court, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Kenya.

Support Staff

The firm has two support staff, a secretary and a legal clerk.

They both are experienced in their areas of work and compliment the work of the Advocates ensuring smooth and efficient running of the firm.

Additionally, the firm has a policy of mentoring and therefore we always have one student attached to the firm as an intern at any given time of the year.
